David Blagden - Co Founder of Intelligent Actions explains how our unique technology enables even the smallest SME to benefit from the improved intra-company communication obtained by using custom workflow automation.
Why We Are Different.
We use Intelligent Process Capture, validating the Specification capture with an active workflow system as it is process mapped, saving time and money!
With our advanced technology we can create custom software solutions faster, and cheaper, than using a software development team.
With managed solutions available from only £1500 per year - includes software licence fees, hardware costs, platform support and maintenance.
Our Technology
We use Skore graphical process mapping software during process discovery to capture a process and then convert this immediately to a Webform based workflow system using a leading Webform Generator and a popular Content Management System.
Our Magic is in linking the two sets of software while Process Discovery is underway.
Our Process

Our Results
Our process is proving faster than conventional software development, which cannot start until Process Discovery has completed, whereas our solution is available immediately the Specification is signed off.
We are also significantly cheaper because our annual licence fee can be less than the maintenance cost of equivalent custom software and there is No Software Development Cost.
What Does Our Process Give the Client?
Having a working custom workflow available during Process Discovery means that the Client can view their process in real-time and thereby verify that it operates in the way that they want.
This can rapidly identify logical flaws and misunderstandings between the team members while creating the Specification.
The Client does not need a detailed and expensive contract negotiation to be completed before software development can commence.
The Specification is the definition of the workflow system and the Intelligent Actions custom software solution becomes available as soon as the Specification is signed off!
